"All drivers pay the same registration fee and information fee. Why do some people have a single pick-up and some people don’t." Zhang Dong was a little angry.

E-Driver had made a rule that the driver could exchange E coins for the crown, and then get the platform’s priority to send orders within the crown time limit. "One-sided rules of the game"

In 2016, after the introduction of the new policy of online car-hailing in Shenzhen, Lin Hu, who did not have a residence permit, was transferred from a Didi Express driver to a chauffeur driver. In June 2018, after a chauffeur service ended, customers complained that Lin Hu did not turn off the headlights of the car, resulting in a dead battery. The e-chauffeur platform determined that Lin Hu was fully responsible without investigation, blocked his account, and deducted 9 chauffeur points. "There is monitoring in the community. I paid 30 yuan for the information fee for that order to the platform, but there was no basic inquiry for me." Lin Hu chose to appeal, but was unsuccessful.

Driving points are one of the rules set by the platform, similar to driver’s license points. When the driving points are lower than a certain point, the driver will be blocked by the platform for the corresponding number of days, and once the 12-point driving points are deducted, the driver will be permanently blocked by the platform.

In early September 2018, there was a rainstorm in Shenzhen, and e-driver Zhang Dong sent customers from Longhua to a community in Futian. The water at the entrance of the community was quite deep, and the road conditions could not be seen clearly. A sharp stone punctured the car tire. According to the process, Zhang Dong called the e-driver company to apply for insurance.

However, in the accident judgment standard of e-driving, the driver is fully responsible for the collision between the vehicle and the item. In addition, once the accident is claimed through the platform, the driver has to hand over 800 yuan to the platform for accident liability. Not only that, Zhang Dong’s account was frozen for a week, and 9 points were deducted from the original 10 points. The driver understands that there is only 1 point left, which means that he does not dare to accept any platform orders before the end of the year. Zhang Dong can’t understand that each order has been deducted from the insurance premium by the platform, but why is it so difficult to apply for insurance? After compensating the customer for the tire maintenance fee of 830 yuan, Zhang Dong cancelled the insurance application. After the application was approved, Zhang Dong’s account was restored to normal in less than 5 hours.

"It’s just squeezing the driver." This is how Li Zhenghai feels. In August this year, Li Zhenghai received an order and arrived at the destination, only to find other drivers serving customers. Li Zhenghai’s order was yellow, but what frustrated him even more was that the customer forgot to sell the order. "Some customers place orders together with a few people in order to have a driver arrive earlier, but those customers are drunk and forget that they have placed an order at all. If the customer does not sell the order, I cannot receive other orders."

The driver can also cancel the order, but according to the e-driving regulations, the sales order must pay the information fee of the order to the platform or deduct 200 E coins. "What if we have an opinion on the rules of the agreement?

The telltale signs of this inequality may already be apparent.

In 2015, in order to fight a price war with Didi Driver, e-Driver used the name of "pre-stored information fee" and used the driver’s money for marketing. At that time, e-Driver launched the "Wednesday free order" activity. According to the rules of the activity, the income obtained by the driver through the activity was frozen in the driver’s account and could not be withdrawn. At 10 pm, Zhang Dong turned on his phone, and after successful facial recognition, he entered the platform. "The starting price for e-driving is 40 yuan before 10 pm, 60 yuan after 10 pm, 80 yuan after 11 pm, and 100 yuan from 12 am to 7 am. There are many orders at 8 or 9 o’clock, but they earn less money. Many drivers don’t go online until after 10 o’clock."

Taking private orders is risky, which is equivalent to "black driving".

"The platform encourages us to collect customers by ourselves, and then create orders on the platform, so that although the information fee is only half of the platform’s order, 10%. But why should the customers I attract pay the platform?" Zhang Dong also began to accept private orders, "Some customers know that the platform will charge information fees, so they say they can go directly, so that we can make more money. Most customers still have to go to the platform."

Taking private orders, you don’t need to pay the information fee, but you also lose insurance protection and face the risk of being frozen by the platform, which is tantamount to "black driving". In Xiangmihu Food Plaza, almost every restaurant door will be surrounded by groups of drivers, there are platform drivers who take private orders, and there are "black driving" who are purely individual business.

In November 2017, Li Rong from Hubei received a private order at the Walmart on Qiaoxiang Road. After the customer took a picture of Li Rong’s license plate, he complained to the e-driver. Li Rong’s account was frozen, and he could not find a job. He became a "black driver" completely. Before that, Li Rong worked as an e-driver for a year and a half. Li Rong was a little dull, and years of sales experience did not bring him much experience in attracting customers. Indistinguishable "black driving"

On the e-driving platform, there is a kind of order called "team leader order". The driver who is randomly assigned to the team leader will complete the order with the team members, and the team leader will receive an additional reward of 10E yuan. One day in June 2016, Li Zhenghai was assigned to the team leader order and needed to find two team members designated by the system to complete an order that required three drivers.

"The crude oil in Daqing Oilfield has high wax content and high freezing point, and can only be exploited if it is moved to the equator!" A few years later, the international authoritative "mild and uniform water injection" development theory hit a wall in the field’s production practice – "After three years of water injection, half of the water was flooded, and only 5% of the crude oil was produced".

Authority theory "failed", what should I do?

"I believe in science more than authority!" Wang Qimin, a researcher who was less than 30 years old at the time, boldly proposed a "heterogeneous water injection" mining scheme that was completely different from foreign theories. To verify the scheme, he and his team sampled wells in the freezing cold of minus 30 degrees Celsius, collected and analyzed tens of millions of data, and lived in an icy tent for 10 years.

In the past 10 years, Daqing crude oil production has increased at a rate of more than 20% per year, and by 1976, it achieved 50 million tons of production and reached the peak of production.

It is difficult to reach the peak, but it is easy to reach the peak, and many oil fields turn around and go straight down soon after reaching the peak. Can the "peak" be extended? The key depends on whether there is a replacement capacity. The stick of "transcendence" has been passed on to Wu Xiaolin’s generation. Wu Xiaolin studied fine chemicals, and in 1994, after graduating from graduate school, he came to Daqing. "If you study fine chemicals, what can you do in the oil field?" Friends persuaded; "If you let a big company do cosmetic research and development, why go from the south to the northeast to earn that dead wage?" The family was even more puzzled.

In the mid-1990s, Daqing Oilfield entered a period of high water cut, and more than 90% of the liquids produced were water. People turned their attention to the ternary composite flooding oil production technology, trying to use chemical agents to "wash" the oil hidden in the pores of the rock. If this technology is successfully applied, the oil field can dig out about 300 million tons of recoverable reserves! The "surface activator" for "washing" oil needs to be imported from abroad, and the raw materials are not less than 20,000 yuan per ton. The cost is extremely high, and the exploitation is worthless.

Wu Xiaolin, who studies fine chemicals, firmly believes that he has a lot to do in the development of "surface activators". However, foreign authorities assert: "China does not have the basic raw materials for the production of surface activators, you should forget about it."

Don’t believe in evil! Wu Xiaolin borrowed the laboratory key from a colleague and used weekends and weekday evenings to squeeze in other people’s rest time to study key problems. In order to find alternative raw materials, he went to Fushun, went to Nanjing, and traveled to washing plants all over the place to change for available scraps…

In order to strengthen the confidence of the relevant departments, he "went all the way to the end", reported to the leaders of the research institute with the immature results, and even went to the leadership meeting of the oilfield company to ask for orders: The research on the localization of surface activators will definitely be successful, and the core technology must be in our own hands!

Wu Xiaolin was stunned, and his leader, Yang Zhenyu, the director of the second room of the research institute’s recovery rate research at that time, was also willing to "take the blame" for him. This is a tropical rainforest in Sumatra, Indonesia, with swamps, mosquitoes, and wild animals and venomous snakes from time to time. At the beginning of this century, the overseas business of Daqing Oilfield has just started. What happened to Xie Yuxin and Li Xinmin, every Daqing person who "went out" has experienced a lot.

"Uncomfortable with the soil and water" in the new environment? Li Xinmin treated it with "unsatisfactory spirit". A few days later, he found Party A and explicitly refused to borrow the equipment. At the same time, he sent a detailed analysis of the drilling technology of the horizontal well.

The president of Party A’s operations department was surprised, and after thinking about it for a few days, he said: "I will believe you once. This well is very important, and if it is destroyed, I will be the first to be’fired ‘, and you will be the second!"

It was very difficult to drill a horizontal well, and the local geological conditions were complicated. Li Xinmin knew very well that if he took the "porcelain job", he had to take out the "diamond", which required not only hard work, but also technology.

In those days, Li Xinmin led the whole team to analyze the local strata, and sorted out more than 20 operation essentials; compared with international standards, combined with possible problems, made a full set of plans; as soon as the drilling rig started drilling, in the high temperature of more than 50 degrees Celsius, these young people from Northeast China "gasped for breath", but they all ate and lived on the well, strictly controlled the technical operation, and kept an eye on every parameter…

At that time, Daqing Oilfield served many offshore oil platforms in Indonesia, all of which were more than 100 nautical miles away from land. When the equipment malfunctioned in the middle of the night, Xie Yuxin took a speedboat and went to sea.

The sea is wide and the waves are big, and it is often violent and stormy. It is night, and the dinghy jumps one or two meters high on the sea surface. There is no seat belt, so Xie Yuxin ties himself with a rope…

At the end of 2005, Xie Yuxin once made a round trip of 300 nautical miles in two days, rushed to the oil production platform on a rainy night, worked for more than 20 hours, and then hurried back to Party A’s headquarters in a small boat at 1 o’clock in the middle of the night to report… In those years, he did not distinguish between day and night, and the emergency service response cycle never exceeded 1 hour.

Relying on technology and service, Daqing people have won a reputation overseas.

Li Xinmin’s drilling team not only drilled horizontal wells of high quality, but also 11 days ahead of the planned time. The president of Party A’s operation department added another sentence: "In the future, all horizontal wells in this block will be drilled by you first!"

More than a decade later, today, from a single product and service, to exploration and development, engineering construction, production, operation and maintenance and other fields, Daqing’s pace of going global is getting faster and faster, and the level of integrated services is also getting higher and higher. Strict management and efficiency

However, in the 23 years from 1996 to the present, he has been beating at the grassroots level for a long time, from oil extractor, vice-captain, captain, and deputy mine manager to manager of Minmetals in the first oil production plant.

Time is silent, but it will leave imprints. At the beginning of this century, he was the captain of the 206 oil production team in the No. 1 Oil Production Plant and No. 2 Mine. At that time, during the production period of the oil field, he had to manage more than 200 wells, including more than 20 wells with a daily output of hundreds of tons. But Zhang Bi found that the total output of the team often failed to meet expectations. After confirming that there were no problems with pipeline metering and other aspects, he suddenly realized that someone was stealing oil! Zhang Bi personally led the night patrol and caught several gangs. During this period, there were many fierce confrontations, leaving many marks on the back of his hands and head.

The pain is easy to treat, and the root cause of the management disease exposed is difficult to treat: workers doze off on duty at night, go through the motions during inspections, and even individual employees don’t care if they see someone stealing oil.

What is the tradition of Daqing? What are the requirements of the post responsibility system? An ideological discussion unfolded in the whole team. Zhang Bi started from himself, and the vice-captain and team leader went down level by level. During this time, it was found that there were still people playing cards on duty. The team leader suggested criticizing them, but Zhang Bi mercilessly ordered them to check at the team meeting.

This captain Zhang became famous in the oil field for his tough management. A year later, the laggard team was ranked among the silver medal teams in the whole factory evaluation. In Zhang Bi’s opinion, such ideological discussions and strict management are a good tradition that Daqing has continued for many years.

In the 1960s, a fire broke out at a water injection station in the oil field, causing a loophole in management and a "post responsibility system". In the fourth oil production team in the first oil production plant, workers accidentally squashed the production wax scraper and wanted to hide the past. After the team cadres found out, they started a discussion in the whole team, "When dealing with the revolutionary cause, you must be honest, tell the truth, and do honest things; when dealing with work, you must have strict requirements, strict organization, a serious attitude, and strict discipline." The spirit of "three elders and four strictures" originated.

Over the years, grass-roots party organizations in every corner of Daqing Oilfield have adhered to the inheritance and innovation of party building work, started production from ideas, and started production from ideas. Such discussions have been integrated into daily life in Daqing Oilfield, and the more practical they are.

Energy saving: In the past, the belt was adjusted by whoever was on duty, either too loose or too tight, the former affected oil production, and the latter increased power consumption. Now there are special personnel for fine maintenance, and each belt is tightened just right, which not only ensures efficiency, but also saves electricity;

Consumption reduction: In 2016, Minmetals replaced 5 belts per oil well every year. Now, Wang Zhong will put a rain cover on the belt on rainy days; use a new belt for oil wells with high load, and then use the old belt for oil wells with small load after a while; the old belt can be reused and partially transformed, turning waste into treasure… Today, Minmetals only changes 1 belt per oil well a year, and this alone saves 1 million yuan per year.

It also produced more oil. In the past, the belt’s operating rate was 96%, but now it is 98%. Every time the rate increases by one point, according to the number of wells in the mining area, 15 tons of oil will be produced in one day…
