Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: Mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole society and jointly promote the construction of a strong country.

Manufacturing has become the commanding height of global economic competition. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council are determined to accelerate the promotion of new industrialization, promote the manufacturing industry and grasp the real economy. In May last year, the State Council formulated and issued Made in China 2025, which is the action program for China to implement the strategy of manufacturing power in the first decade. Its core is to accelerate the innovation and development of manufacturing industry and realize the historic transformation of China from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. After a year and a half of implementation, what is the progress of Made in China 2025? What results have been achieved? What problems should we pay attention to? How to further advance in the next step? In response to these hot issues, the reporter recently interviewed Miao Wei, Minister of Industry and Information Technology.

First, a 1+X planning system has been established.1 is the planning itself of Made in China 2025, and X refers to 11 supporting plans or action plans or development guides. At present, we have issued 8 guidelines and organized their implementation, and the remaining 3 are in the process of approval.

Second, the "Made in China 2025" class was held with the Central Organization Department and the National School of Administration for provincial and ministerial cadres. In this form, we can deepen the study and understanding of documents and improve our understanding of ideas. We also know that there are 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, which have set up leading groups to build strong provinces, thus ensuring the implementation of the plan ideologically and organizationally.

Third, the strategic advisory Committee of the national manufacturing power was established. The National Manufacturing Power Strategy Advisory Committee has released the 2015 edition of the roadmap for technological innovation in key areas to guide market resources to effectively gather in the country’s strategic priorities.

Fourth, carry out pilot demonstrations.. At present, pilot demonstration work has been carried out in Ningbo, Zhejiang, six cities and one district on the west bank of the Pearl River in Guangdong, and five cities in southern Jiangsu, and valuable experience has been gained through pilot demonstration.

Fifth, strengthen overall coordination.. In order to avoid everyone rushing headlong into action, we have formulated the "Made in China 2025" guidelines for provinces and cities, and the ministries and provinces have cooperated to jointly promote the development of local industries and enterprises with advantages.

Reporter: What obvious effects have we seen since it was implemented for more than a year? Next, what ideas do we have? How to thoroughly implement Made in China in the next step?2025》?

Miao Wei:Last year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology identified 46 pilot demonstration projects of intelligent manufacturing, and this year, 63 projects were identified. These 109 projects are distributed in different industries. These projects have achieved remarkable results in improving production efficiency, reducing energy consumption, reducing development cycle and reducing operating costs of enterprises. Accumulated replicable experiences and models in sub-sectors, and organized trade associations to promote them.

Next, we will also focus on the following tasks. First, do a good job in the implementation of five major projects, namely, the construction project of manufacturing innovation center, intelligent manufacturing project, industrial strong foundation project, green manufacturing project and high-end equipment innovation project proposed by Made in China 2025. Second, do a good job in the refinement and implementation of relevant policies. Third, do a good job in pilot demonstration, mobilize more local governments to participate in the implementation of Made in China 2025, and mobilize our enthusiasm to form a pattern in which the central and local governments jointly promote the construction and development of a manufacturing power. Fourth, do a good job in overall coordination, including the connection between planning and planning, the mutual support of policies among departments, and the linkage between ministries and provinces. Through these efforts, the plan will be turned into an annual plan, and the annual plan will be turned into practical action, and the action will be turned into an effect.

Intelligent manufacturing is the trend of industrial change.

Reporter: Made in China2025The main direction of "Intelligent Manufacturing" is intelligent manufacturing. We find that the meaning of intelligent manufacturing is very rich. For different industries and enterprises, its focus is also different. What is the core of intelligent manufacturing that you understand?

Miao Wei:I think intelligent manufacturing is our ultimate development goal. In fact, Made in China 2025 holds that intelligent manufacturing is divided into three stages, namely digitalization, networking and intelligence. At present, on a global scale, few existing enterprises can reach the level of intelligence. The basis of intelligence is digitalization. We should first change products, production processes and management digitally. On this basis, we will establish communication networks between different equipment, equipment and products, equipment and people, and finally realize networking. On the basis of digitalization and networking, we can talk about intelligent manufacturing. Considering that the ultimate direction for us to guide everyone is intelligence, we take intelligent manufacturing as our main direction, which has been reflected in the guiding ideology of Made in China 2025.

Reporter:Intelligent manufacturing is a very complicated process. For enterprises, the change is very big. Whether it is production equipment, the whole production line or the whole network design, it involves many dimensions and a wide range. So, is this industrial revolution a big wave of sand scouring in China’s industry?

Miao Wei:From a global perspective, whether we discuss the third industrial revolution or German Industry 4.0, it is indeed a scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. In this change, enterprises must keep up with the process in order to stand out. If you turn a blind eye to this process, or the pace is too slow, you may be eliminated by the trend, which is an inevitable trend. More and more enterprises in China are gradually joining in the intelligent manufacturing and taking the initiative to take measures. Although it will increase some investment and bring about changes in the existing production mode, it is still worthwhile. The achievements of the pilot demonstration projects mentioned earlier show that it is necessary to implement intelligent manufacturing as a new production mode in all walks of life.

Reporter:We have seen some leading enterprises in some industries, forming intelligent workshops and even internet factories, which are at the forefront of their peers. So does this mean that this is an advanced model? In addition, what are the bottlenecks in the process of advancing? How to solve it?

Miao Wei:With the continuous advancement of the intelligent process, what these enterprises do definitely represents a direction. Of course, this progress will not stop. With the continuous development of technology, intelligent manufacturing technology represented by artificial intelligence will be gradually introduced to transform traditional production lines. With the popularization of intelligent manufacturing, it also poses real challenges to the industry, such as realizing online detection and control, which brings challenges to sensing technology, data storage and application. In the long run, with the continuous improvement of the level of intelligence, it also brings some new problems to the industry that have not been encountered in the traditional way, and security is one of them. Now that a Trojan virus is implanted into the terminal, it may bring a series of large-scale social impacts. Not long ago, the Ukrainian power grid was paralyzed in a large area. In fact, it was because of the introduction of intelligent manufacturing technology that the virus was implanted. However, despite the objective existence of problems, development should not be stopped because of these problems, and development should still be put in the first place.

As for the bottleneck encountered by enterprises in the process of moving towards intelligent manufacturing, I think we should start from the following aspects: First, improve the standards. The first step to realize intelligent manufacturing is interconnection. If there are no rules that everyone abides by, it will become a "chicken and duck talk", which is also the primary problem faced by American industrial Internet and German Industry 4.0.

Second, break through the core technology. Core technologies in China’s high-end sensors, control systems, industrial software, industrial internet and other fields have yet to be broken. Without advanced technologies, digitalization, networking and intelligence will be empty talk.

Third, arm the industry with high-end equipment. In other words, the industry needs more high-end CNC machine tools, 3D printing and industrial robots to participate in production, so as to promote the automation and digitalization of the production process of enterprises and finally realize intelligence.

Finally, ensure the safety of industrial networks. With more machines and more products connected to the Internet, the problems facing the Internet now may extend to the Internet of Things. The impact and damage caused by it may be greater than the impact and damage caused by the Internet. We must plan ahead, study and deal with these problems as soon as possible, and seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. First, to do a good job in security prevention and control, all these networked devices should be equipped with a certain protection system, including the password of the personnel used should be updated regularly, and the complexity should be improved. This is the most fundamental. Second, we should study some technologies to find problems in time, such as anti-virus systems, and be able to know when and where we have problems. Third, to establish a credible system of the whole society, in the real society, honesty is the rule that everyone must abide by. Similarly, in the future network society, everyone should pay attention to honesty in order to maintain order.

Reporter:In the process of promoting intelligent manufacturing, are there any shortcomings? Where are the shortcomings?

Miao Wei:In the process of promoting intelligent manufacturing, our biggest shortcoming is that the industrialization process lags behind that of developed countries. For example, Germany, a developed country, according to its standards, German enterprises have basically reached the level of 3.0. However, Chinese enterprises have not yet reached 2.0, so we have to make up the course of 2.0, and promote 3.0 to 4.0 at the same time. We must promote 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 in parallel. So for us, this may be our biggest shortcoming. Of course, China also has advantages. China is the country with the largest manufacturing industry and the largest Internet application in the world. If these two advantages are brought into full play, especially the better integration of industrial enterprises and Internet enterprises, we can fill the shortcomings and turn disadvantages into advantages. We should give full play to our existing advantages and speed up the whole process of industrialization.

Promoting innovation drive with enterprises as the main body

Reporter:Innovation is driven by Made in China.2025One of the basic principles in the guiding ideology is to improve the innovation ability of the national manufacturing industry, which is also made in China2025"One of the key tasks. We have a profound experience in the interview, that is, many enterprises feel that innovation mechanism is very important. Excuse me, how should we promote innovation drive at the national level?

Miao Wei:Innovation is the driving force of industrial development. Only through continuous innovation can industrial enterprises improve their competitiveness and remain invincible in the competition. For the manufacturing industry, we should promote innovation-driven. On the one hand, we should build an innovation system that combines Industry-University-Research with enterprises as the main body, give full play to the main position and role of enterprises, and let enterprises assume the main responsibility in innovation, especially in technological innovation.

On the other hand, we should eliminate the so-called "Death Valley" from laboratory products to industrialization, and improve the effectiveness of the supply of key common technologies. The primary task put forward in "Made in China 2025" is the construction project of manufacturing innovation center. Through the construction of innovation center, the problem of lack of common technology oriented to the industry can be solved, so as to promote more scientific research achievements to be finally transformed into realistic productivity.

Reporter:What are the essential differences between manufacturing innovation centers and our previous R&D centers? What is the operating mechanism?

Miao Wei:First of all, the purpose of manufacturing innovation center is to provide industry-oriented generic technology, rather than providing individual core technology of a single enterprise. After research, we believe that the manufacturing innovation center must attract the backbone enterprises in the industry to participate in investment and construction, and solve the common technical problems faced by everyone.

Secondly, in the system, the manufacturing innovation center is built according to the principle of marketization, and institutions, especially those with full funding, are not suitable. We should look for topics and research and development directions in the market competition according to the principle of marketization, and finally turn these technologies into the income of innovation centers.

Finally, in terms of internal mechanism, we hope to establish a modern enterprise system with China characteristics, which can give full play to and dispatch people’s enthusiasm and provide systems to attract, retain and give full play to talents. Of course, we don’t have much experience in this respect. We should sum up while exploring and constantly improve to form a new system and operating mechanism suitable for the development of innovation centers.

Multi-pronged approach to promote the innovation and development of major technical equipment

Reporter:The major technical equipment is made in China.2025One of the key promotion areas, what achievements have we made in promoting the research and development of major technical equipment? In the process of promoting the development of major technical equipment, what do we have to grasp?

Miao Wei:After more than 30 years of development, China’s major technical equipment has made remarkable achievements. A number of important technical equipment such as manned space flight, "Jiaolong" submersible, large passenger plane, million kilowatt ultra-supercritical thermal power unit, million kilowatt nuclear power unit, UHV AC/DC power transmission and transformation equipment, high-speed gantry five-axis machining center and high-speed rail transit equipment have been successfully developed. The rapid development of major technical equipment has greatly enhanced China’s comprehensive strength, provided strong support for China’s economic and social development, and laid an important foundation for China as a big country with world influence.

For example, in the early days of reform and opening up, all nuclear power plants in China were contracted by foreign companies. Take Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station as an example, everything from nuclear island equipment to screws and nuts, and even stainless steel dinner plates for canteens were imported at the request of French companies. Today, China has mastered the core technology of the third generation nuclear power represented by "Hualong No.1" and CAP1400, and realized the world’s first set of 1 100 kV UHV DC transmission and transformation equipment. In addition, Jinan No.2 Machine Tool "large-scale automatic automobile stamping production line" not only occupied nearly 80% of the domestic market, but also successfully entered the international high-end market. In the international bidding, it won orders for 9 production lines of Ford Motor Company in four American factories, especially in the case of a price war between German competitors. The above two cases show that China’s major technical equipment is moving from following development to innovation, from low-end "good quality and low price" to high-end development.

In practical work, we promote the research and development of major technical equipment through the implementation of major scientific and technological projects. At present, China has started to implement the special projects of high-grade CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment, new generation broadband wireless mobile communication network, core components, high-grade chips and basic software, and recently launched major projects of aero-engines and gas turbines. We hope that through the implementation of special projects, we will promote high-end breakthroughs in equipment and push forward the continuous development of the entire major technical equipment.

Reporter:During the interview, we found that China invested money, manpower and material resources to research and develop major projects, and finally made products with certain competitive advantages. However, sometimes the market is not optimistic, and it feels that the application of the first set has become a bottleneck. What do you think of this? Do we have corresponding countermeasures?

Miao Wei:There are subjective and objective reasons for this phenomenon. Subjectively, people often think that there may be some defects or deficiencies in the first set of new equipment. Although the price is low compared with foreign products, some people will worry about the decrease of reliability and quality. Objectively speaking, at present, the whole society still needs to form a consensus to support the "first set". To provide opportunities for everyone to use it, only by constantly improving in use can we continuously improve the product performance. Therefore, we need to start from the system and policy to solve these problems.

In February last year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in conjunction with relevant departments, launched the pilot work of the insurance compensation mechanism for the first (set) of major technical equipment, that is to say, the first set of equipment was insured, and in case of problems, the insurance company would pay compensation instead of putting all the risks on the users. This system has just begun. In the past year or so, we have promoted the first (set) application of more than 50 billion equipment products and promoted the innovation and development of major technical equipment.

It can be said that the pilot work of the insurance compensation mechanism for the first (set) of major technical equipment has been innovated in mechanism, and it has also been well received by enterprises. In the next step, we will continue to improve the policy and expand the use effect.

Deputies of NPC and CPPCC said: Punishing malicious lawsuits of intellectual property rights boosts the confidence of enterprises in development.

The words "copyright cockroach", "patent attack" and "malicious registration and hoarding of trademarks" mainly refer to some people who abuse their rights to maliciously or falsely file intellectual property lawsuits. According to the data disclosed by the Supreme People’s Court, the number of first-instance cases of disputes over liability for damages caused by malicious intellectual property litigation accepted by national courts increased from 74 in 2022 to 152 in 2023, an increase of 105.41%.

Pan Yue, deputy to the National People’s Congress

"The malicious litigation of intellectual property rights will not only lead to the products of the injured enterprises being taken off the shelves, unsalable or unable to be listed, but also indirectly affect the market position of these enterprises." Pan Yue, a deputy to the National People’s Congress, a professor in the Department of Finance of Xiamen University School of Economics and a doctoral supervisor, is very concerned about malicious lawsuits in the field of intellectual property rights. She told reporters that if some malicious lawsuits are not found and handled in time, they may lead to follow suit, seriously undermining the market economic order and damaging social integrity.

Ma Yide, deputy to the National People’s Congress

"In the past few years, due to changes in the international environment and the impact of the epidemic, the vast number of private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized private enterprises, have encountered many difficulties, and some abuses of intellectual property rights have made honest operators worse. At present, it is urgent to strengthen the accuracy and effectiveness of intellectual property protection, regulate the abuse of intellectual property rights, help enterprises solve problems and tide over difficulties, and boost market confidence. " Ma Yide, deputy to the National People’s Congress and dean of the School of Intellectual Property of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, believes.

It is understood that since July 2022, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate has deployed a one-and-a-half-year special supervision work to punish malicious intellectual property litigation according to law, requiring local procuratorial organs to fully perform their legal supervision duties in criminal, civil, administrative and public interest litigation of intellectual property rights, and to supervise mass rights protection, abuse of rights and false litigation.

Jiang Yuanxun, NPC deputy.

"I noticed that the procuratorial organs handled a series of cases during the special supervision work. For example, the procuratorial organs in Fujian Province issued procuratorial suggestions to the market supervision and management departments on the illegal acts of malicious registered trademarks found in the performance of their duties, urging them to impose administrative penalties on the perpetrators of malicious registered trademarks. The handling of such cases has boosted the confidence of our enterprises in building brands, and the entrepreneurial spirit of the officers is also more sufficient. " Jiang Yuanxun, deputy to the National People’s Congress and founder of the Tongshan Small Black Tea Professional Cooperative in Wuyishan City, Fujian Province, told the reporter.

Report to the 20th CPC National Congress of the Party pointed out that the legal protection of intellectual property rights should be strengthened to form a basic system to support all-round innovation. Under the background of the country’s unswerving protection of intellectual property rights and efforts to create a business environment ruled by law, how can procuratorial organs continue to exert their efforts in cracking down on malicious litigation of intellectual property rights?

Deputy Ma Yide told the reporter that it is difficult to find the supervision points in some malicious litigation cases only through case analysis and judgment. The procuratorial organs should innovate the means of performing their duties, conduct centralized analysis of similar cases through the big data legal supervision model, and find the abnormal points of cases, so as to promote the source governance and system governance by case supervision.

"It is suggested that procuratorial organs strengthen communication and cooperation with public security organs, courts and intellectual property management departments, realize information sharing, and form a joint force to crack down on malicious intellectual property litigation. At the same time, increase the publicity of case interpretation and the rule of law, and guide enterprises to abide by the law. " Deputy Pan Yue said.

"I hope that the procuratorial organs will severely crack down on intellectual property malicious litigation cases with major and complicated cases and great social impact, forming an effective shock. At the same time, establish inspection and enterprise contact points in some industrial parks or key industries, provide legal advice for enterprises, and help enterprises to weave a strong intellectual property protection network. " The representative of Jiang Yuanxun added.

Say SORRY to you and test drive the 2016 Sharp 2.7T

speed up apply the brakes oil consumption second rice rise Confrontation or handshake? Compare and test Sharp and Highlander Evaluation Editor-Huang Zhengqiao:

At present, Sharp is the only serious American car in domestic Ford, so in most cases, you will feel that it is very soft to drive, and the seat has a great contribution, but the suspension system retains a lot of road feeling, which is also a favorite effect for drivers. Therefore, if I want to buy a 7-seat SUV, Sharp will be one of my first choices. I don’t have to worry about the configuration, the power, or even the passability of the four-wheel drive system. The only thing I have to worry about is the domestic quality control. It really takes time to decide.

Evaluation Editor-Zhu Lishen:

Both the sense of class and the driving quality in the sharp world can enhance the driver’s sense of pleasure. Only these two points are believed to make people who have driven in the sharp world like it. In addition, for such a model with a price of more than 300,000 yuan, the configuration is rich enough. If the fault must be found, only the font on the central control screen is too small, which is not particularly convenient to press. All in all, Sharp’s domestic production is really a "shot in the arm" for the medium-sized SUV market.

Evaluation Editor-Sheng Yuanjun:

On the whole, Sharp 2.0T is a car that feels very pleasant to drive. It can also provide drivers with certain opportunities to communicate with vehicles and roads on the premise of ensuring comfort. At the same time, the dynamic performance of 2.0T has exceeded my previous expectations. In daily use, the gap with 2.7T is not big, and the ride comfort and noise control are very good. It is also worth mentioning that the performance of Sharp’s four-wheel drive system is also remarkable. In a word, this is a well-balanced product in all aspects. For consumers who want a 7-seat SUV, Sharp is worth considering.

Research on the Development of Hunan E-commerce under the Background of Big Data

With the rapid development of information technology, e-commerce has become an important driving factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote economic development. As a comprehensive driving force of economic development in the information age, e-commerce is having a positive impact on the economy. It improves or changes the traditional economic mode from the aspects of production, sales and consumption, making the communication channels between economies smoother and information feedback faster, and greatly promoting the transformation and optimization of social and economic growth mode. Based on the data of the third economic census in 2013, combined with the statistical data of e-commerce of Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, this paper analyzes the overall situation of e-commerce in Hunan Province, and discusses the importance of the influence of internal factors of enterprises on e-commerce in combination with the factors of enterprise informatization and internal operation, with a view to finding ways to promote the development of e-commerce, providing decision-making reference for government statistics and enterprise development, and also providing basic data and theoretical support for enterprises to develop e-commerce.

First, the basic situation of e-commerce

Although the development of e-commerce in Hunan Province started late, it has a high starting point and great strides, especially in recent years. In 2012, Changsha was recognized as the first batch of national e-commerce demonstration bases by the Ministry of Commerce.

  (1) The benefits of e-commerce development are constantly emerging. From 2010 to 2014, the overall macroeconomic environment in Hunan Province was relatively stable, and the e-commerce industry showed a rapid growth trend. The volume of e-commerce transactions rose from 36.942 billion yuan in 2010 to 258.87 billion yuan in 2014, and the growth rate in 2013 and 2014 was over 100%. Among them, the total volume of e-commerce transactions in the province increased by 111% in 2013 and 113.1% in 2014. Among them, online retail sales reached 45.79 billion yuan, up 112% year-on-year.

In 2013, the province’s e-commerce industry-wide operating income was 21.107 billion yuan, an increase of 259.1% over the previous year, of which the main business income was 20.333 billion yuan, an increase of 257% over the previous year. The operating profit of the whole industry reached 1.719 billion yuan, an increase of 236.9% over the previous year. In 2013, the online retail transaction volume of the e-commerce industry drove the logistics express delivery fee to 1,534.5 million yuan, an increase of 55% over the previous year; The tax payment of e-commerce service enterprises was 1.177 billion yuan, an increase of 562.7% over the previous year; The number of employed people driven by e-commerce services was 696,200, an increase of 327% over the previous year.

  (B) E-commerce behavior industry concentration is high.In terms of enterprise types, in 2013, 4.4% of the enterprises above designated size in the six major industries in the province had e-commerce behaviors (hereinafter referred to as e-commerce enterprises). Among them, e-commerce enterprises in industry, construction, wholesale and retail, key services, accommodation and catering, and real estate accounted for 5.1%, 2.3%, 2.8%, 4.9%, 8.3% and 2.1% respectively. Among e-commerce enterprises, industrial enterprises account for 56.8%, followed by wholesale and retail enterprises 12.6% and key service enterprises 11.7%.

  (3) E-commerce enterprises are regional. In 2013, enterprises above designated size in Hunan Province were mainly distributed in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Yueyang, while e-commerce enterprises were mostly in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Chenzhou. Regionally, 49.5% of e-commerce enterprises are concentrated in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, among which Changsha ranks first, followed by Zhuzhou, and Chenzhou, located in southern Hunan, ranks third. However, the number of e-commerce enterprises in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, Zhangjiajie and Huaihua, which belong to the great Xiangxi region, is relatively low.

  (D) E-commerce enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises.E-commerce enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, of which medium-sized enterprises account for 43.1% and small enterprises account for 44.5%; Private holding enterprises account for 69.3%, state-owned holding enterprises account for 15.2%, and the business life of enterprises is basically distributed between 5-15 years.

  (E) E-commerce enterprises are widely used in information technology.E-commerce enterprises use the internet more widely to carry out activities, and the level of information application is obviously higher than that of non-e-commerce enterprises. In 2013, the proportion of e-commerce enterprises accessing and not accessing LAN was 79.2:20.8, while that of non-e-commerce enterprises was 54.6: 45.4; 70.5% of e-commerce enterprises adopt information technology in production management, which is 23.7 percentage points higher than that of non-e-commerce enterprises; 94.1% of e-commerce enterprises have adopted information technology in management, which is 7.6 percentage points higher than that of non-e-commerce enterprises; 53.2% of e-commerce enterprises have independent websites, which is 30.8 percentage points higher than that of non-e-commerce enterprises. All e-commerce enterprises carry out activities on the Internet, and 92.0% of e-commerce enterprises use the Internet for publicity, which is 23.4 percentage points higher than that of non-e-commerce enterprises.

Second, research on behavior preference of e-commerce enterprises

Through the exploratory analysis of the data of e-commerce enterprises in 2013, it can be preliminarily concluded that there are differences between e-commerce enterprises and ordinary enterprises in various behaviors within the enterprise. Therefore, it is one of the purposes of this analysis to judge whether the enterprise will develop e-commerce through the internal situation of the enterprise, and then to find out in what aspects it needs to increase investment if the enterprise wants to develop e-commerce. There are 26 variables in five categories: basic information, financial situation, per capita information, information situation and e-commerce situation, from 115 indicators of enterprise financial statements, enterprise basic information table and information summary table. After preprocessing the whole data, 24705 pieces of data are obtained, and data mining is carried out on this basis.

  (A) Classification analysis of e-commerce enterprises based on AdaBoost algorithm

In view of the fact that 26 variables include 12 qualitative variables, it is not suitable for traditional regression analysis methods. Through model screening, AdaBoost algorithm based on decision tree is selected to choose the behavior preference of e-commerce enterprises.

AdaBoost algorithm can get multiple classification trees and the importance of each variable. From this, we can see that the first five variables are obviously more important than other variables, namely, the number of websites owned (web.n), the number of information management methods used in production and business activities (manage.n), the number of types of publicity channels used on the Internet (advise. n), the number of activities carried out through the Internet (project.n) and the proportion of information technology professionals (eprof). It shows that the development of e-commerce has great correlation with the number of enterprise websites, the application of Internet and information technology professionals. To develop e-commerce, it is necessary to strengthen website construction and network application and increase information technology talents.

  (B) Random forest analysis of industry data

A 50-fold cross-validation random forest analysis was conducted on the data of six major industries, namely, industrial enterprises (B), construction enterprises (C), wholesale and retail enterprises (E), key service industries (F), accommodation and catering industries (S) and real estate industries (X).

According to the random forest data of different industries, the variable importance of different industries is obtained and the heat map is made (Figure 5). It can be seen that in the six major industries, the number of websites (web.n), the number of types of publicity channels using the Internet (advert.n) and the number of activities carried out through the Internet (project.n) are all of significant importance, and the number of computers per capita (epc) is also of great importance. Explain that the difference between e-commerce enterprises and non-e-commerce enterprises in any industry lies in the degree of publicity and operation using the Internet and the degree of enterprise network construction.

In industrial enterprises (B), the scale of enterprises is also an important factor to distinguish e-commerce enterprises from non-e-commerce enterprises. For industrial enterprises, their online transactions are mainly large electronic orders, and smaller enterprises may not be able to conduct online transactions. For the construction enterprise (C), its business year and the proportion of informatization professionals (eprof) are relatively important, and the higher the proportion of informatization professionals, the greater the possibility of developing e-commerce.

  (C) Analysis of the association rules of the internal factors of the enterprise.

Furthermore, the association rule algorithm is used to analyze the relationship between the different values of variables in enterprises and the development of e-commerce, and the behavior preference of e-commerce enterprises is obtained.

By analyzing the strong association rules of e-commerce enterprises, it is found that the probability that enterprises with their own independent websites, conducting a large number of business activities through the Internet and using information technology in production management are e-commerce enterprises is 4.05 times that of all enterprises. Eight of the top 10 strong association rules contain itemsets at the same time (having your own independent website and carrying out a lot of business activities through the Internet), so it can be judged that having your own independent website and carrying out a lot of business activities through the Internet is the most possible prerequisite for enterprises to develop e-commerce. By further adjusting the strong association rule, it can be seen that enterprises with local area network and enterprises using information technology in production, operation and management also prefer to develop e-commerce.

By changing the setting of antecedents and successors of association rules, that is, comparing the probability of different events with the overall probability in e-commerce enterprises, it can be seen that the probability of more than three online publicity channels in e-commerce enterprises is 3.185 times of the overall situation, and at the same time, e-commerce enterprises tend to carry out a large number of activities through the Internet and generally adopt information management in production and business activities, which are 2.56 times and 2.46 times of that of ordinary enterprises respectively, and the probability of having independent websites in e-commerce enterprises is higher than that of other enterprises.

By analyzing the association rules with the least promotion degree, it is found that the probability that an e-commerce enterprise has no independent website is 38.6% lower than that of an ordinary enterprise, the probability that it does not operate and manage through the Internet is 43.5% lower, and the bandwidth is 58.8% lower than the overall situation.

Third, the problems in the development of e-commerce

  (A) the overall level of e-commerce is low.Compared with developed provinces, there are still obvious gaps in the core technologies and strategic layout of e-commerce in Hunan Province, and the overall development level is low. Logistics information and bank online shopping settlement data show that e-commerce procurement in Hunan province is greater than sales, and the number of enterprises with e-commerce procurement behavior is more than twice that with e-commerce sales behavior. This is because the layout of e-commerce industry is scattered, the industrial chain is incomplete, the degree of agglomeration is not high, and the scale of online sales is small. In addition, supporting industries such as technical services, personnel training, payment, logistics and distribution are lacking, and telecom broadband networks and power infrastructure need to be improved urgently.

  (B) poor industrial structure of e-commerce enterprises. The industrial structure of e-commerce enterprises in Hunan Province is unbalanced. 56.8% of enterprises with e-commerce behavior are industrial enterprises, and mainly sell e-commerce, while the wholesale and retail industry and key service enterprises account for only 12.6% and 11.7% respectively. Generally speaking, the wholesale and retail industry and key service enterprises have more flexibility and advantages in developing e-commerce than industrial enterprises, but due to the constraints of traditional concepts, the awareness of e-commerce is weak, and the pace of e-commerce is far slower than that of industrial enterprises.

  (3) The development of e-commerce counties is backward.County economy plays an important role in China, accounting for about 50% of the country’s GDP and 70% of the country’s population. Developing county e-commerce can effectively make up for the relatively backward retail in third-and fourth-tier cities and towns, promote rural employment and entrepreneurship, and promote new urbanization. However, according to the 2013 China County E-commerce Development Index Report released by Ali Research Center, the county e-commerce development index of Hunan Province is 5.98, which is lower than the national county average of 7.45, ranking 21st in the country, ranking the fourth among the six e-commerce development echelons, and among the top 100 e-commerce counties in China, only two cities and counties in Hunan Province have entered, ranking 65th and 91st respectively. Compared with Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other provinces, there is a big gap in the development of county e-commerce in Hunan Province.

  (D) E-commerce infrastructure needs to be strengthened.Developing e-commerce needs strong infrastructure support. At present, the level of e-commerce infrastructure in Hunan Province is low. In 2013, the number of computers owned by e-commerce enterprises was only 27.2% of the number of enterprises at the end of the period, with less than 0.3 computers per capita; 65.2% of enterprises have only 100Mbps bandwidth, only 14.5% have more than 1 G bandwidth, less than 30% have mobile network access, and only half of e-commerce enterprises have independent websites. Most enterprises still engage in e-commerce with the help of third-party platforms or other platforms. In addition, there is a shortage of technical talents in e-commerce. The information technology personnel specialized in e-commerce enterprises account for less than 2% of the total number of employees at the end of the enterprise, and the number of professional and technical personnel in e-commerce enterprises is not significantly greater than that in non-e-commerce enterprises. The lack of professional and technical personnel has seriously affected the development of e-commerce.

  (E) E-commerce industry statistical monitoring needs to be established. At present, the statistical data of e-commerce are still mainly estimated and calculated, lacking unified caliber and standards, and the scientificity and accuracy need to be strengthened, and the statistical system of e-commerce needs to be established and improved urgently.

IV. Countermeasures and Suggestions for Accelerating the Development of E-commerce

In 2014, Hunan Province issued the "Hunan E-commerce Development Plan (2014-2020)", proposing to strive to build Hunan into a regional e-commerce center with strong influence in the country by 2020.

  (1) Continue to implement and improve e-commerce policies and measures. The provincial party committee and the provincial government attach great importance to the development of e-commerce, making it the first priority in developing modern service industry, and have successively issued a series of policies and measures to encourage the development of mobile Internet industry to promote the development of e-commerce. We should continue to implement these policies and measures, continue to implement the e-commerce demonstration project, improve the identification and management methods of e-commerce demonstration bases and demonstration enterprises, study and introduce supporting policies and measures to support the development of e-commerce, and give greater support in finance, investment and financing, land use, talents and technology to protect the development of e-commerce.

  (2) Promoting the coordinated development of e-commerce industry structure and regions.E-commerce is developing unevenly in industries and regions. We should devote ourselves to promoting e-commerce in the whole industry, boldly break the traditional concept of production and management, establish e-commerce platforms in advantageous industries such as fireworks, ceramics and construction machinery, and cultivate leading enterprises in various industries. It is necessary to combine the advantages of regional transportation and industry, vigorously develop county e-commerce, adjust measures to local conditions, develop e-commerce platforms for agricultural products production and marketing and agricultural technology application and promotion in large agriculture-related counties, popularize online platform tourism services in counties rich in tourism resources, encourage enterprises to develop e-commerce platforms in industrial and wholesale and retail gathering places, promote the multi-directional circulation of products, funds, technologies and services, and encourage the strengthening of e-commerce application and service platform construction in intelligence-intensive counties.

  (3) Strengthening the construction of e-commerce information infrastructure.Strengthen information network infrastructure, especially basic communication facilities, fiber-optic broadband network and mobile communication network, radio and television wired network construction, focus on ensuring electricity consumption and network interconnection in e-commerce industrial clusters, and vigorously promote the construction of information and communication infrastructure such as electricity, broadband Internet and mobile communication network in rural areas and remote areas. Encourage enterprises to increase investment in human, material and financial resources for e-commerce, strengthen infrastructure construction such as computers, networks and professionals, and improve the information level of production, operation and management.

  (4) Strengthen the training of e-commerce professionals. With the goal of cultivating compound e-commerce talents, we will further improve the training and introduction mechanism of e-commerce talents. Integrate social resources, support trade associations to organize professional training, encourage trade associations, e-commerce enterprises to cooperate with universities to establish educational practice and training bases, strengthen theoretical research and talent training of e-commerce, and provide intellectual support for the development of e-commerce.

  (5) Vigorously develop supporting industries and platforms.Integrate existing logistics information resources in the fields of industry, agriculture, commerce, warehousing and transportation, vigorously develop third-party logistics, and support urban communities to build online shopping express delivery places. Cultivate a number of foreign trade e-commerce service enterprises integrating customs declaration, tax refund, foreign exchange settlement, international logistics, overseas warehousing and other services to provide support services for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises. Encourage large catering enterprises, accommodation enterprises and third-party service institutions to establish online ordering and reservation service systems, and improve the service application system of catering and accommodation industries. Further improve electronic payment services, encourage banks to expand electronic banking services and strengthen online payment functions.

(six) to speed up the establishment of e-commerce statistical monitoring platform. We will speed up the establishment of an e-commerce statistical system in which government and departmental statistics focus on each other and complement each other, further improve the information-based statistical monitoring and improve the e-commerce statistical monitoring service system. Strengthen the analysis and research of e-commerce database, deeply explore and apply e-commerce value-added services, and promote economic and social development.

[Five years of hard work and hard work, Chinese people who realize their dreams] Life is lucky to catch up with the big event of Beidou, 22 years of youth follow the road of satellite navigation to be

"Although you can’t see them when you look at the sky, we can receive more than four satellites to locate and navigate at any time and any place. I know that Beidou is shining in the sky." Wang Shufang dedicated her youth to the cause of Beidou. Now she has worked in the transportation industry for ten years. In the future, she will introduce core technologies such as Beidou and big data into the transportation field, and use modern technology to give back to the people and serve the people’s livelihood.

Life is lucky to catch up with the big event of Beidou 22 years of youth follow the road of satellite navigation power

[Five Years of Forging Forward · Realizing Dreams Chinese Series Report]

Future Network (www.k618.cn) Beijing, September 29th (reporter and Haijia) The world is vast and vast, and human beings have been curious and exploring their location and coordinates on the earth for thousands of years.

"The first bit is ready, and the second bit receives the signal…" Before the first launch of the Beidou navigation test satellite in 2000, the first batch of "Beidou people" in the simulated space laboratory were busy with one after another. The Beidou satellite "lay" in a large tank filled with liquid nitrogen, while Wang Shufang and colleagues recorded data with receivers and conducted more than 48 hours of joint debugging tests.

In June 2016, the 23rd Beidou navigation satellite was launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center on a Long March 3C carrier rocket.

Since the completion of the Beidou navigation test system in 2003, the promotion and application of Beidou navigation, such as vehicle navigation, mobile phone positioning, and ship navigation, have gradually penetrated into the national society and people’s livelihood. Beidou navigation has been ranked among the four major navigation systems in the world, including GPS in the United States.

"As a soldier, I don’t look like a soldier. I don’t know how to carry a gun, but I also protect my family and the country, and regard national security and national interests as the highest responsibility. It is also an honor to be a soldier with a pen." Wang Shufang, deputy director of the navigation center of the China Transportation and Communication Information Center, explained the former military career.

"Beidou Navigation has penetrated into all areas of the national economy and into the daily lives of ordinary people. Our entire society and ordinary people are increasingly inseparable from it. If we still rely on foreign systems and are controlled by others under such circumstances, you can imagine how great the impact will be."

"As a world power, China should have the initiative in the field of navigation and have its own things."

This year, Wang Shufang became the representative of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China elected by the Ministry of Transport: "Through the promotion and application of Beidou, we have strengthened the supervision of road transportation safety. In 2016, compared with 2011, the death rate of a major road transportation accident with more than 10 people decreased by 60.9% year-on-year, which promoted the people’s livelihood of transportation."

Waiting for the snow to come by the Hulan River, the hot-blooded youth sows "a generation of Beidou"

Standing next to the tall Northeast corn fields, Wang Shufang shuttles this path to middle school every day, traveling 8 kilometers back and forth. Seeing that all the villagers have bought bicycles, there are few people on the road, and she is often worried that a big dog or a stranger will emerge from the corn fields on both sides.

After the heavy snow in the Northeast, the cold stars were clear and shining. Wang Shufang kicked the deep snow on the way out of school, and murmured in her heart a self-created teenage poem: "Feet on snow, the sky above is full of stars, the birds have returned to their nests, and the sounds are silent. Ten years of cold windows, how can I be happy for myself? Ambition and ambition have long been buried in my heart."

In the case that her peers in the village gave up their studies very early, in 1991, Wang Shufang was admitted to Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics from Northeast Jilin, majoring in electronic engineering. She was the only child among the six siblings in the family to be admitted to college.

"My parents were in poor health, so I cried hard when I got the university admission notice. I didn’t know how to go without the travel fee, so I could only borrow money to go to school." Wang Shufang recalled the moment when she realized her "college dream".

In the early 1990s, China began to build its own satellite navigation system. On the eve of her graduation from university, Wang Shufang was just in time for the Beidou preparatory team to recruit students from Beihang. "Go to Beidou to match my major, and start from scratch. The country is blank, and the world is third. It is attractive." Wang Shufang was enthusiastic about the construction of Beidou. At that time, there were more than 100 people majoring in electronic engineering at Beihang, and she was the only one who went there. Other students preferred well-paid foreign company positions or went abroad.

At that time, the Beidou scientific research conditions were difficult, and the Beidou project team lived in a guest room in the guest house. As the first batch of college students, Wang Shufang and her colleagues crowded into the four-person dormitory of the military camp and slept on the bunk.

In the early days of Beidou construction, Wang Shufang was mainly involved in the overall design of the Beidou navigation system, responsible for the development of Beidou user machines, and often traveled to other places to conduct system development and joint debugging tests.

In Suihua, on the banks of the Hulan River in Heilongjiang Province, in an extremely cold area at minus 40 degrees Celsius, Wang Shufang, who carried more than ten catties of user computer on her shoulder, held the test instrument that could "freeze too much" at any time into her arms, and stepped on the snow to freeze painfully to test the attenuation of satellite signals in rainy and snowy weather.

"At that time, it was the peak of the IT and electronics industry 98 years ago. No one knew whether Beidou would succeed or not, and the scientific and technological personnel were very popular. At that time, many colleagues and students around him went abroad one after another." Wang Shufang was confused and did not know when the "Beidou Dream" would come true. The outside world was a social temptation under the reform.

"Continuous testing and staying up late were common at the time, but the physical effort was shallow, and many people were unwilling to participate, mainly because everyone would think about what if they failed. At that time, no one knew how long it would take for Beidou to succeed, and what kind of technical difficulties to overcome. How many people were willing to jump down and do something for ten or eight years before they might come out?"

In the early days of the construction of Beidou, Wang Shufang could not reveal the slightest bit to the outside world before the civilian opening of the Beidou system, appearing mysterious: "At that time, the villagers in the village thought that being a soldier was just a general way out for young people, and it was more glorious to find a good job after graduating from college than being a soldier. I worked in the army, and I can’t say what I did. Some people think you have developed problems in the unit…"

In 1997, the user machine was finally about to come out. Due to the long-term "5 + 2, white and black" connecting shaft overtime, Wang Shufang fainted and was hospitalized at work. After the hospital examination, Wang Shufang had 20,000 abnormal heart rate many times a day, "The heart beats prematurely. When the heart beats abnormally, I feel a thump in my heart, like the water in the bottle can’t be poured out, and I choke."

In October 2000, the first Beidou navigation experimental satellite was launched, and the Beidou satellite navigation experimental system was completed in stages. China became the third country in the world to have an independent satellite navigation system.

"When it comes to how great people are, I think it’s a gradual process."

"When I graduated from Beidou, I wanted to do it fresh. Later, I found that Beidou is not just a matter of catching up with the international leader, but also involves national strategy and national interests." Wang Shufang revealed her own mental journey of following Beidou. A sense of responsibility and mission supported Wang Shufang to walk through the difficulties and confusion of Beidou construction. "As a Chinese, you have to defend the cause of state-owned brands, which means that if you do it, you must do it well. This is an unshakable mission. To say how great people are, I think it is a gradual process."

As the designer of the Beidou application system, Wang Shufang participated in the demonstration and plan formulation of the two-generation Beidou system, wrote the four national military standards that became the important basis for the construction of the Beidou system, and presided over the completion of a number of Beidou user machines.

In 2007, the country stepped up the civilian opening process of Beidou. Wang Shufang discovered a new flashpoint in Beidou’s business and switched to the transportation industry. From scratch, she focused on Beidou’s transportation application and transportation informatization work. "People always have their own ideas, that is, what do you want to do?"

Wang Shufang led the implementation of the first "civil demonstration project" of the second-generation Beidou system, promoting the installation of Beidou navigation end points to national key operating vehicles such as heavy trucks, dangerous goods vehicles, and large passenger cars, and comprehensively building a "key operating vehicle networking joint control system".

"At the beginning, owners and managers resisted the installation of Beidou end point and were unwilling to be supervised." Wang Shufang organized coordination meetings again and again to analyze the national strategic significance of Beidou, and at the same time designed Beidou end point service functions such as voice prompts and information transmission to adapt to the needs of the industry. By popularizing the application to reduce the price of Beidou end point, "Beidou end point has been comparable to GPS price."

At present, the Beidou navigation end point has grown from the 80,000 that were initially "unable to push" to more than 5 million units. Nearly 1,000 Beidou end point production and service enterprises have entered the transportation field, driving the output value of tens of billions of yuan, and realizing the ice-breaking of Beidou in the application field of people’s livelihood.

"Speeding", "Violations have been corrected", "The platform has issued a prompt"… On the morning of September 26, the reporter saw that on the monitoring screen of the emergency command hall of the Ministry of Transport, the data of key operating vehicles was constantly tumbling, and the vehicle location data obtained by more than 5 million Beidou navigation end points was returned to the operating vehicle supervision service platform every day to ensure the national traffic emergency command and daily safety supervision.

The road transport accident casualty rate has dropped. Since the promotion of the Beidou navigation end point in 2011, the death rate of a major road transport accident with more than 3 people in six years has decreased by 47.4% year-on-year, and the death rate of a major road transport accident with more than 10 people has decreased by 60.9% year-on-year.

"The characteristic of a doctor is to see a doctor and save a person. When a person is sick, the doctor will save him. Our characteristic is that prevention comes first, which is no less than the role of a doctor in treating a patient and saving a person. It has saved many people’s lives, property safety and family happiness." Wang Shufang deeply felt the significance of Beidou Navigation’s traffic promotion and road transportation safety supervision.

"I don’t think it’s hard work to do Beidou, but more luck. I was able to catch up with Beidou as soon as I graduated. Later, Beidou was paid more and more attention by the country and was used by the whole society.

I have no regrets about choosing Beidou in this life? One regret: my parents will never know what I do

When it comes to Beidou navigation construction and future development, Wang Shufang always mentions the need to "use to promote construction", directly or indirectly feed back the Beidou navigation system through Beidou’s industrialized marketing activities, and promote Beidou’s research and development and upgrading.

At present, Beidou navigation products have been widely used in transportation, marine fisheries, hydrological monitoring, emergency search and rescue and other fields, driving the development of Beidou industrial chain from chip to end point, involving communication, end point, chip and other aspects, generating hundreds of trillions of output value.

"Most domestic mobile phones like Huawei are now equipped with multi-mode navigation chips with Beidou Navigation. Beidou anti-lost bracelets have also been launched, and ordinary people use Beidou Navigation in their daily lives." Wang Shufang looked at Beidou "being born" and guarding Beidou "growing up", and she was relieved.

In a scene that is still fresh in Wang Shufang’s memory, Wang Shufang gave a lecture to a primary school in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. A fourth-grade girl looked at her timidly in the narrow corridor and said: "Teacher Wang, my father is using Beidou, and my father is a cart driver."

"The child and the parent are proud to be using China’s homegrown navigation. Before, a driver was unwilling to use the Beidou end point and unwilling to be regulated. Now they know that using Beidou not only promotes national security strategies, but also protects individuals and families." Wang Shufang has come a long way since she was often asked "What is Beidou navigation? Why do we use Beidou?"

"The military medals are half of mine and half of yours." Wang Shufang is grateful for the career support her family has given over the years, and her daughter, who is in primary school, is also intelligent and sensible. "When I grow up, I want to be an excellent person like my mother." The daughter is very proud of Wang Shufang, and sends WeChat messages to encourage her mother when she works overtime: "No matter what you work, you get what you work for. Let’s cheer together." Wang Shufang showed reporters the inspirational WeChat sent by her daughter: "No one can do anything without the support of their family, and I have no resistance in this regard."

After 22 years in the Beidou business and a long and colorful career, is this path of persistent pursuit of Beidou incisive and full of regrets? Wang Shufang shook her head: "I have a regret."

"What exactly do you do?" Wang Shufang’s father was concerned about her daughter’s situation in Beijing, but due to the confidential management in the early days of Beidou construction, Wang Shufang could not tell her parents about his work.

My parents left 2000 years ago. At that time, I thought that after Beidou lifts off, I could take a proper rest and pick up the elderly to see Beijing at least once. I especially hope that one day I can even take them to see… "

At the age of 19, he left his hometown. The firm wish of his youth in the fields of Northeast China has gone through twists and turns and sprouted and blossomed. Now that his parents and loved ones understand, Wang Shufang is willing. And his parents, who have long since passed away, will never know that they raised such a daughter for the country.

The "Beidou-3" satellite is expected to be launched in 2017, and the Beidou navigation system is expected to complete the launch of 18 global networking satellites in 2018. China will build the Beidou global networking system around 2020 to provide services to global users.

  China’s Beidou, the world’s Beidou.

In the next five years, Beidou Navigation is gradually expanding globally, becoming another Chinese calling card after the export of nuclear power and high-speed rail, leading China’s technology industry to the world stage.

"Transformers 7" released clips Autobots’ exciting group battles show their magical powers.

1905 movie network news The sci-fi action adventure masterpiece recently released the clip of "First Meeting Autobots", and the male owner Noah accidentally broke into the world of Autobots, and a series of adventures began. Cool racing, hardcore fighting, high-energy team fighting, and unimaginable deformation feast bring the audience the ultimate audio-visual shock. The film is being shown, and it has won the Japanese crown for six consecutive days.

In the film, Noah, the male host, got into the super run of phantom deformation by coincidence, but suddenly received the call of Optimus Prime, so the sports car started automatically and staged a thrilling race. Just after escaping from danger, Noah, who was in shock, witnessed the amazing spectacle again. First, the phantom was cool and deformed, and he came to his hometown to be his brother. When the brain was down, Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Alcey also assembled and dispatched, which opened his eyes. The shock of Noah’s first encounter with the autobots reminds people of the famous scene in which Sam, the Chinese male owner, witnessed the collective deformation of the autobots for the first time, which can be described as full of feelings. Since this unexpected meeting, their fates have been closely linked and they have embarked on a bloody adventure to protect justice.

The story line of "Transformers: The Rise of the Super Warriors" continues. Autobots have been dormant on the earth for many years and have been looking for opportunities to return to Cybertron. It is not difficult to see from the clip that Optimus Prime at this time does not trust human beings, and even has hostility. However, after fighting hand in hand with the Big Mac and human beings, Optimus Prime gradually realized the importance of uniting all forces. In the end, he chose to protect the earth, which was very moving. Compared with the previous work, the presentation of Optimus Prime’s arc is undoubtedly more delicate. The group pet, which is loved by the audience, acts as a bumblebee. In order to protect Optimus Prime, it is cruel to be stabbed through the body by natural disasters. However, in the ultimate war, the critical moment of the resurrected bumblebee was like a magic soldier descending from heaven, which successfully reversed the war situation and made many viewers addicted to it. In addition, as one of the few female transformers on the big screen, Alcey is not only resolute, rational and loyal, but also has super combat power. She is an indispensable partner of Optimus Prime, and her fierce fighting style is numerous.

Transformers: The Rise of Super Warriors has gained numerous praises for its portrayal of the Autobots camp and their relationship with human beings. "Beijing Youth Daily" thinks: "There may be temporary differences between autobots and human beings, but justice and responsibility will always unite both sides and sacrifice their lives. This is the fearless armor shared by human beings and Optimus Prime." Well-known film critics said strangely: "Based on the relationship of mutual trust, mutual support, equality and mutual benefit, we have a better understanding of why autobots believe in human beings and associate with them." CCTV6 "China Film Report" praised: "The classic big bumblebee Optimus Prime has appeared in the movie, especially the ending of bumblebee is so cool and super-loving!"

Transformers: The Rise of the Super Warrior is directed by, starring, Peter Claver Cullen, Ron Pullman, Peter Dinraki, etc., and is now being shown!
