2. The bus card can’t be recognized? Some old cards have security vulnerabilities, so it is recommended to replace them with new cards.
During the operation of Line 1, some citizens who came to the bus with bus cards were stopped in front of the gates because of "invalid cards".
According to staff statistics, bus cards with problems are divided into two categories. First, activity cards including spring and autumn cards and green travel cards; The second is to issue older cards and bus cards.

6. The ticket vending machine can’t buy tickets in cash? Only cash can be bought by the staff.

At the beginning of the operation of Jinan Rail Transit Line 1, considering that most passengers are used to the convenience brought by mobile payment technology, Jinan Metro encourages passengers to use WeChat or Alipay to purchase tickets at automatic ticket vending machines. 7. How to get an invoice for non-cash ticket purchase? Each station customer service center can receive an APP to provide electronic invoices.
