Fourth, the vast number of young people must be determined to work hard. "The sword front comes from sharpening, and the plum blossom fragrance comes from bitter cold." The beautiful ideals of human beings can’t be readily available, and they can’t be separated from the hard struggle. Our country, our nation, has gone from poverty and weakness to today’s development and prosperity step by step, relying on the tenacious struggle of generation after generation and relying on the spirit of self-improvement of the Chinese nation. At present, we are faced with both important development opportunities and unprecedented difficulties and challenges. The dream is ahead and the road is at your feet. The winner is strong, and the self-improvement wins. To achieve our development goals, we need the unremitting efforts of the vast number of young people.

The vast number of young people should bear in mind that "empty talk about making mistakes in the country and rejuvenating the country", base themselves on their duties, work hard, start from themselves, start from scratch, and achieve their own wonderful life with hard-working hands and first-class performance. We must not be afraid of difficulties, overcome difficulties, be brave enough to go to the grassroots level with difficult conditions, the front line of national construction, and the forefront of tackling key problems in projects, undergo exercise, and increase our talents. Striving for the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the theme of the youth movement in China. The Communist Youth League should carry out in-depth educational practice activities on the theme of "My Chinese Dream" among the vast number of young people, sow and ignite dreams for each young person, so that more young people can dare to dream, pursue dreams and be diligent in dreams, so that every young person can add strong youthful energy to realize the Chinese dream.
