　　“名校网络课堂”强调开放性，主要针对有效缩小区域、城乡、校际之间教育质量差距的迫切需求，以优质学校为主体，通过网络学校、网络课程等形式，系统性、全方位地推动优质教育资源在区域或全国范围内共享，满足学生对个性化发展和高质量教育的需求。
