"In the critical period of epidemic prevention and control, thanks to you, I was able to seek medical treatment smoothly. Thank you very much." At 15: 00 on September 8, Yang Linyong (pseudonym), who had just returned home from hemodialysis, thanked the staff of Nanming District Medical Treatment Team by phone. Yang Linyong (pseudonym) is a uremia patient who needs to go to the hospital for dialysis treatment regularly. After the outbreak, people in his area were temporarily restricted from going out, which made him very anxious. At 13: 41 on September 8, Yang Linyong (a pseudonym) dialed the phone and asked the neighborhood committee for help. After receiving his call for help, the staff of the neighborhood Committee immediately reported the information to the medical treatment group in Nanming District. "Hello, I am Tian Hang, a staff member of Nanming District Medical Treatment Team. We are looking for you to check the details. We have arranged personnel and vehicles to pick you up here." At 14: 30, Yang Linyong (pseudonym) was safely sent to Longdongbao Campus of Guiyang First People’s Hospital by an ambulance arranged by the medical rescue team less than an hour after receiving the call.
At 18: 30 on September 9, the medical treatment team received a message that a pregnant woman near the expected date of delivery in the first phase of Huaguoyuan suddenly felt unwell and needed to be transferred to the hospital for medical treatment. The rescue team immediately coordinated with the streets and hospitals, and finally got through all links and processes, and dispatched an ambulance to transfer her to Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital for medical treatment.
At 9: 23 on September 12, the rescue team received an urgent case from the 12345 platform. "My mother Yang Hui (pseudonym) lives in Shangwu Community and suffers from severe diabetes. She relies on insulin to stabilize her condition every day. Once interrupted, complications may occur, and in severe cases, life will be in danger! The inventory at home is running out, and now the community can’t get out. I really don’t know what to do! " After receiving the branch case, Tian Hang, the treatment group, immediately contacted the hospital to determine whether there were drugs in stock, and at the same time called the public security police in the community where the helper was located to understand the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in his community, and determined that the helper could go to the designated hospital to buy it himself. Finally, with the guidance and help of Tian Hang, the helper successfully opened the medicine in Guiyang First People’s Hospital.
On September 13th, at 13: 38, Huang Tianrui, a rescue group, received a message for help, saying that a 39-day-old baby in the isolation hotel under his jurisdiction had to be sent to the hospital immediately because of high fever. Huang Tianrui immediately reported it to the higher authorities and dispatched the ambulance nearest to the isolation hotel. Finally, with the active coordination of the rescue group, the Municipal Health and Health Bureau and the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital, the baby was sent to Longdongbao Campus of Guiyang First People’s Hospital for safe medical treatment in time.
It is reported that in order to ensure that special patients with acute and critical diseases seek medical treatment, Nanming District focuses on the needs of key groups, builds medical assistance channels, and continuously monitors the medical needs of the people in the whole region by using medical assistance work groups, 110 command centers, government convenience service platforms, etc. By refining the classification and disposal mechanism of different patients, it focuses on solving the "one out and one in" problem of people going out of the house and entering the hospital for medical treatment and "where to see, who to see, how to see and who to coordinate" for medical treatment. At the same time, the medical treatment working group has established a problem supervision and feedback mechanism to supervise the recurring or unresolved problems in time to ensure that the parts are available.
In addition to ensuring that special patients with acute and critical diseases seek medical treatment, the medical treatment team is also responsible for coordinating the medical team composed of professional medical staff from the fever clinic of the First People’s Hospital of the province to provide on-site treatment for patients with fever in isolation hotels and high-risk areas, so that patients can receive timely treatment.
It is understood that from the establishment of the medical treatment team of Nanming District Health and Health Bureau to 12 noon on the 14th, 172 applications for medical treatment of residents in high-risk areas have been received, and 172 applications have been completed, with a completion rate of 100%.
