Although there is still some time before the Spring Festival, many domestic workers in Shanghai have made up their minds not to go home this year. Some aunts are going to work overtime during the Spring Festival to make money, while others are going to relax completely.

For enterprises, this year’s situation is also very different. According to statistics, about 95% of the more than 500,000 domestic workers in Shanghai come from other places. In previous years, only 30% will stay in Shanghai, but this year, almost 70% of domestic workers choose to stay.
