Xing Tu Xing Ji Yuan ES is Chery’s flagship model, which uses Chery’s most advanced technology in all aspects. So what hard-core technology does Xing Ji Yuan ES have?
First of all, Xingyue ES comes from E0X high-performance electric platform, which is a brand-new platform built by Chery for the future of electrification. Now, building a car is nothing more than two dimensions of intelligence and comfort, and so is E0X platform. E0X platform consists of two parts, one of which is a high-performance physical platform architecture, mainly around the aspects of battery, electric drive, driving control, safety and lightweight, and the other is a high-intelligence electronic and electrical architecture, mainly including high-computing hardware and software, secure communication and high-speed OTA.
Specific to Xingyue ES, the high-equipped models are based on the 800V high-voltage platform, and the charging, discharging and energy storage efficiency will be improved under the high-voltage platform. At the same time, the power devices are made of SiC silicon carbide materials, and the working efficiency will be higher.
Xingyue ES supports charging for 5 minutes and charging for 30% to 80% in 15 minutes, which can match 750V-1000V ordinary fast-charging piles and super-charging piles. At the same time, ES also has a 400V low-profile model, and the price is more acceptable. The battery supplier is Jiangsu Times, which is owned by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited. There are lithium ternary batteries and lithium ternary batteries mixed with Ferrous lithium phosphate. The battery capacity ranges from 60 to 97 degrees, the power consumption of CLTC is 11.7kWh/100km, and the battery life of CLTC ranges from 570 to 900 km.
E0X platform is Chery’s main platform for the future. Within two years, based on this platform, 15 pure electric vehicles will be launched, including cars, SUVs and MPVs.
The second highlight of Xingyue ES is its pan-tilt chassis. The whole chassis system includes a series of air suspension, CDC shock absorption, brake by wire, intelligent torque distribution and lightweight materials. Suspension structure: front double ball joints, double wishbone and rear five links are made of a large number of all-aluminum materials, and the front suspension swing arm, front and rear knuckles, rear subframe and brake calipers are all made of all-aluminum. With air suspension +CDC vibration reduction, it means that the suspension height is adjustable, and the suspension damping can be adjusted in real time and actively through intelligent algorithm, and with other software and hardware, the suspension damping can be adjusted in advance.
In order to cooperate with the advanced driving assistance function in the later period, Xingyue ES is equipped with a brake-by-wire system, which has a fast braking response, improves the active braking performance, and allows the motor to recover the braking energy to the maximum extent. For the four-wheel drive version, the intelligent vector four-wheel drive technology can switch the power between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive within 0.2s.
The chassis of Xingyue ES is almost full, which is a big killer. More than 200,000 people have air suspension, which was unthinkable before. Xingyue ES has pushed these configuration thresholds to a new low.
The third highlight is that Star Age ES is equipped with iFLYTEK Spark Cognitive Model for the first time. This model is mainly aimed at human-computer interaction and intelligent driving. Needless to say, human-computer interaction is nothing more than voice assistants, landing applications and localized services. In the intelligent driving part, the mid-and-low-equipped model of Star Age ES is equipped with Horizon Extended Range 3 chip, with 5 cameras, 8 ultrasonic radars and 2 millimeter-wave radars, which can realize L2-class driving assistance. The top model adopts two NVIDIA DRIVE Orin chips, with 12 cameras, 12 ultrasonic radars, 5 millimeter-wave radars and 1 laser radar.
